InLine parts washers are designed by experts in the industry to fit comfortably with any manufacturing process. Each machine is mobile and adaptable to accommodate changing manufacturing processes and cleaning needs.

If your cleaning needs are fairly straightforward, a standard parts washer will likely be a perfect fit. If your needs are more complex, or if you have special applications, call the HPI Processes, Inc.  sales office .

At InLine, we don't expect anyone to adapt their manufacturing process to any specific machine. We'll help engineer an InLine machine to fit your specific needs.

 ► ► ► Single-Stage Systems ( Wash or Rinse Only )

This product is recommended for customers whose primary interest is the washing or rinsing of a production part. Use this system if the dryness level of the part is not important, or if you can allow the part to flash dry. This system is available in mild steel or stainless steel. (Rinse systems available only in stainless steel).

 ► ► ► Two-Stage Systems ( Wash/Rinse or Wash/Dry )

Wash Rinse Systems are available only in stainless steel and are designed for cleaning parts in such a way that the parts will be free of water spots, detergent residue, and soils.

Wash Dry Systems are ideal for those customers whose parts need to be cleaned and dried. These systems are available in mild steel or stainless steel.

 ► ► ► Three-Stage Systems ( Wash / Rinse / Dry )

Three-Stage Systems are designed for those customers that need both a spot and detergent residue free as well as a dry part. Three-Stage Systems are stainless steel construction standard.
